All donations to Birth Companions are gratefully received. Please send cheques, made payable to "Birth Companions", using the Donation Form and Gift Aid Declaration (.pdf) to the address below.

If you are a tax payer, please complete and sign the Gift Aid declaration enclosed in the donation form.
This will enable us to claim tax on your donation. A gift of £10, covered by this declaration, is worth £12.82 to Birth Companions - donors simply have to pay income tax or capital gains tax at any rate, equal to the tax deducted from their donations.
