This guidance aims to support local commissioners and providers of Maternity and Neonatal care services within London, as well as maternity and neonatal staff. This resource is intended to provide clear and useful recommendations when commissioning translation or interpreting services or reviewing existing services; with the aim that it will improve access to interpreting services for those women who experience language and communication barriers.
