The Birth Charter Toolkit

This toolkit has been developed to bridge the gaps we see between what is set out in policy and what is actually provided in practice. It provides stakeholders with a practical guide to help them address these gaps and implement the Birth Charter’s recommendations, for what we hope will very soon be a dwindling number within a falling prison population.
