For 30 years, Birth Companions has walked alongside women facing some of the most difficult circumstances during pregnancy, birth and early motherhood.

To mark our 30th anniversary, we’re sharing stories from the people who have shaped Birth Companions and been part of our journey – women we have supported, volunteers, staff, founders, trustees and partners.
