I have been involved with Birth Companions since 2007, starting out as a volunteer birth companion and prison visitor before joining the staff team.
My role is to ensure that all our systems run smoothly. I oversee our HR processes, focusing on how we support everyone in the organisation to thrive.
I manage all our evaluation and monitoring, tracking the different aspects of the support we provide and generating the figures and statistics required to meet our reporting requirements and to support our fundraising activities. I'm also involved with supporting the development of new services.
