Chloé brings over 10 years' experience across philanthropy, coalition building, programme management, human rights, gender justice, and systems change initiatives.
She is currently Head of Migration at the Barrow Cadbury Trust, an independent, endowed charitable foundation focusing on social justice and equality issues for more than 100 years.
Previously she was Deputy Director at The JABBS Foundation for Women and Girls (JABBS), where she launched the Effective Women's Centres Partnership alongside the University of Birmingham and seven women's specialist services. The partnership aims to document the nature of complex needs, trauma, and harm that criminal justice involved women experience; promote effective interventions that address these needs in the community; and to empower organisations with the data they need to effect change.
During her time at JABBS, Chloé also led the revitalisation of the Corston Independent Funders' Coalition (CIFC), through her role as Chair and in collaboration with Coalition members. CIFC is committed to enabling women’s access to justice through supporting women-centred, holistic, and trauma-responsive approaches to diverting women from crime.
