My role is to oversee and develop Birth Companions’ support in the community, and manage the team of coordinators who provide this support.
I was previously responsible for coordinating our wellbeing services for perinatal women at HMP Bronzefield and have worked in the voluntary sector for the last 14 years in roles focussed on criminal justice, homelessness and tackling violence against women and girls.
I have an MA in Human Rights and alongside my work with Birth Companions, I am an infant massage instructor, a massage therapist with a perinatal specialism and an Active Birth teacher.
