My role is to offer personalised support to women in the community with involvement from social services through pregnancy, birth and up to a year after birth through our Izzy Project.
I have 25 years experience of working with women, children and families in contact with social services, in a wide range of settings including an infants school, a Sure Start service, and a residential children's home. I have also worked as a Doula and a breastfeeding specialist.
I have had the privilege of supporting women with Birth Companions for the past 10 years, and previously led our Community Births Project.
