I oversee all aspects of our volunteer recruitment, training, and management. My aim is to ensure our dedicated volunteers experience a positive and rewarding experience, while also working to increase diversity within our team.
I previously managed Birth Companions' community services team, and coordinated volunteers supporting pregnant women during their pregnancy, birth and postnatally in East London.
Since moving to London in 2014, I've worked in domestic violence support and migrant women's charities. Prior to that, I supported communities preserving native forests in Mexico. I am a Doula and a Social Anthropologist with a Masters in Social Development.
